The dramatic changes in office space design, workplace utilization and tenant expectations motivated our client, a Manhattan-based multi-generational family owner and developer, to conceive a new shared office space concept.

Soon thereafter Sage Realty Corporation turned to SMMC to name and develop the brand, craft messaging, and execute a broad range of marketing tools to tell the story.
