We were engaged to work with two developers – including the largest owner in Philadephia – on a new 200+ unit ground-up rental building in the “West of Market” neighborhood. The neighborhood was known as a long-standing Central Business District with little if any, new residential development.
Our consumer-facing web site encouraged potential tenants to “Live Philly”.
